Meet the chicken who earns her keep! This handmade crochet Chicken Egg Basket is a practical egg holder with plenty of personality. Designed to hold approximately six eggs, she will keep them neatly together while bringing warmth, colour and handmade charm to your kitchen.

Each chicken is carefully crocheted by me in Cornwall using chunky 5mm Bobbiny cord. You can choose the main body colour, making your basket perfect for your kitchen or as a thoughtful handmade gift.

Your chicken can be created in any available shade of 5mm Bobbiny cord—from traditional natural tones to something bright, cheerful and ready to rule the roost.
