Returns & Refunds

If, when your order arrives, it isn’t quite right for you, you’re very welcome to request a refund or exchange.

To do so, please email us at cornishknotco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition.

When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange

Once we’ve received your email, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Refunds are processed promptly once items are received and checked, usually on the same day. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office (it’s free and worth its weight in gold), as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part — in which case, we’ll put it right.
